The National Service Scheme (NSS) unit of P.T.P.S. College, Patratu encourages students to develop a sense of social responsibility, discipline, leadership and community service. The unit actively involves students in awareness programmes, cleanliness drives, plantation activities, health camps, blood donation awareness, voter awareness, social outreach and other community development initiatives.
NSS helps students understand real social issues and motivates them to contribute positively towards society. Through regular activities and special camps, the NSS unit promotes the spirit of “Not Me But You” and helps students become responsible citizens.
The college aims to strengthen student participation in social service activities and create awareness about health, environment, education, cleanliness and national development.
